Return An Item

At StableGoodz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident every time you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or email). If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund; just send a quick photo so we can fix it fast. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed. If you prefer an exchange, we’ll help you set it up so you get exactly what you wanted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons; these will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
